The RA is shorthanded - Formal Request for a By-election

Dear fellow CDS citizens, dear honorable members of the SC,
as I were told by my RA colleague Rosie Gray, our dear RA member Laure Levenque had to decide leaving SL and therefore also the CDS because of personal RL reasons. Apparently this decision came so quickly that she didn't have the time to declare her formal resignation as RA member. That leads to a vacant seat in the RA. Since we haven't yet reached the mid of the term, a by-election to fill the gap may be conducted.
In my function as the RA Leader, I hereby ask the Dean of the SC to organize a by-election according to the regulations in CDSL 20-02 By-election Procedures Act.
