SWhereas the avatar and former citizen of the CDS named JerryDon Lane has:
1) published an unauthorized page called "CDS" on Facebook
2) used the previous CDS logo on it without permission
3) falsely claims in the page description to represent the CDS: "We are Citizens of the Confederation of Democratic Simulators in the virtual world called Second Life. CDS for short."

4) created an unauthorized 'CDS Free People's Forum" for the seemingly sole purpose of defaming the CDS
I have banned him from the CDS estates permanently.
