Your Estate Owners vision of the future.

Post by Sudane Erato »

Rudeen appears to have entered upon a "higher state of being", and in her ecstacy, received a vision of the future of the CDS. Fortunately, she was able to photograph it, *and* felt generous enough to share it with her "bossey" older sister.

Here it is: http://www.tospitimou.com/Neualtenburg/CDSFuture.jpg

I trust that those of us who are thinking about the future will see here something of our future plan.

Sudane.....

Wow! Nice picture! Now that's room for middle ground if I ever saw one!

That's a great picture, Sudane!

Actually yesterday I was thinking a bit about what theme a future 3rd CDS sim could have.
One such an idea (connecting our existing sims) could be:

[color=blue:nbcfi4ed][i:nbcfi4ed]'Venice'[/i:nbcfi4ed][/color:nbcfi4ed]

- It would fit with CN because of it's Italian-ness
- It would fit with NFS because the (Italian) Alps aren't that far from Venice. (The mountain-valley-shore transition would be great, and imagine the view from the NFS-town walls!)

I remember seeing a Venice-themed level in a Tomb Raider game, and even though the game was old, it looked great.

Such a sim could have:
- awesome renaissance buildings
- boats : able to move into CN's river.
- bridges for pedestrians
- some great 'underwater scenes'
- many plots like CN to sell to inhabitants
- a pizzeria? (just making fun ;-) )
- citizens wearing renaissance outfits (have any of you seen the movie the Merchant of Venice? it has great costumes)
- many other things because I really don't know much of Venice at all.

To give you some impressions:
