1.3 General Reminder to submit Candidacy Notecards for Chancellorship and RA to the Dean of the SC
The LRA announced that Kyoko had submitted her candidacy for the next term's Representative Assembly, though this was subsequently declared void as the submission was not via inworld notecard to the Dean of the Scientific Council by the stated deadline. Anjoux was successful however, in submitting his candidacy for the Assembly. An issue had been identified with Tor's candidacy for next term's Chancellorship, which would be his third in a row: Even though the Constitution is silent on the matter, CDSL 13-05 Chancellor Election Act states that Chancellors can hold at most two terms in succession. Following a debate, the LRA suggested a way forward: she will propose an amended law in the Forum, that will then be voted on at the next Assembly meeting. Motion to change CDSL 13-05 Chancellor Election Act, paragraph 1: "Chancellors are elected for a 6-month term." by deleting "...and can hold at most two terms in succession." Almut 1st, Jerry 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.

2 Executive Report

Tor began with a summary of recent events, including the BBB CDS Embassy anniversary, May Day and the First Sail celebration in collaboration with Etopia and Amiais. He then outlined the CDS application for SL21B, which will respond to its theme of 'The Elements' by highlighting the estate's natural environment and will feature mountain streams, forested paths and meadows, and wind chimes and bonfires. He will arrange a meeting to help with this soon, to be announced in the Forum and placed within the CDS Calendar, and will call for volunteers.

3 Artisan Guild Report

Postponed.

4 Old Business

4.1 RA-20240413-5.1: LRA to review CDSL 34-02 Transparent Region Development Act
As highlighted at the last meeting, references within the CDSL 34-02 Transparent Region Development Act to the LUC need to be replaced with the Artisan Guild. A forum post to discuss this and explore whether other changes were needed was published, but no further comments were made.

4.2 RA-20240302-2.1: Contacting the Scientific Council regarding ongoing management of the Discord server through the Chancellor
The LRA acknowledged that she had received the MoCAso password, but the Chancellor still has actions to take with the Discord admin and the SC.

4.3 Website Refresh Project
Jerry reported that he has been working on the webpage templates for the active, repealed and archaic laws, and pointed out examples. Most of the pages have been created and the links between them should be online within the next few days.
