1) Approve the Agenda

3) Old Business:
3.1. Locus Ameonus covenant update review (Lilith)

3.2. General Covenant review
There was a discussion on a change required to the General Covenant to remove reference to the LUC. We talked for a while about how this might work practically, but it doesn’t need to be in the covenant. Moon volunteered to draft changes for the General Covenant. 3.3. Colonia Nova review of Moon’s plan (Moon)
Moon described an overview of her suggestions to re-parcel and develop some of the lots in Colonia Nova. We looked at the display she made on the lower level of the NFS school. We discussed issues around removing or moving prim parcels and various other aspects of the plan. More discussion tabled until next time.
3.4. Filling in the Declared Skills of CDS Guild Artisans spreadsheet

3.6 Request to the Scientific Council to move the guild forums to the correct place
Delia volunteered to do this. It was noted that the LRA had sent a request to the acting Dean, but there had been no reply and the request not carried through.
