[2023/05/20 12:05] Almut Brunswick: Dear Chancellor elected, honorable member of the SC, beloved people of the CDS (which is today the same as the honorable member of the SC...) and of course dear fellow RA colleagues, welcome to our 11th and likely last RA meeting of the 38th term.

[2023/05/20 12:09] Almut Brunswick: I'm afraid even the NC link is working faultlessly.

[2023/05/20 12:11] Almut Brunswick: I take "mm ok" as aye prevented by a mumbled marshmallow
[2023/05/20 12:11] Sandy Burgess: aye
[2023/05/20 12:11] Almut Brunswick: Oh sure.
[2023/05/20 12:11] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (aye, it was an aye)

[2023/05/20 12:12] Gwyneth Llewelyn: All right, thank you Lil :)
[2023/05/20 12:12] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Done.
[2023/05/20 12:12] Almut Brunswick: Good question, Gwyn. I have not gotten any note from Delia in this respect which would likely the common way.
[2023/05/20 12:12] Lilith Ivory: but since I did not hear anything and did not see a red flag I think we are fine .)
[2023/05/20 12:13] Gwyneth Llewelyn: good :)

[2023/05/20 12:14] Almut Brunswick: Madame Chancellor, the stage is yours.
[2023/05/20 12:14] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Wasn't there some dort of sunset clause in the past?... if the SC doesn't say anything within X days the law goes into effect
[2023/05/20 12:14] Gwyneth Llewelyn: whoops sorry
[2023/05/20 12:14] Moon Adamant: thank you ㋡

[2023/05/20 12:20] Moon Adamant: with just a few parcels... too easy to tell, but so far numbers are inetersting -- I'll share them with the next Chancellor at the end of the month
[2023/05/20 12:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (*early I guess, not easy)
[2023/05/20 12:21] Moon Adamant: and finally, I am preparing a map for the overall intervention in CN which i hope to publish this weekend for public discussion and referral to LUC
[2023/05/20 12:22] Moon Adamant: also, it is only fair to mention
[2023/05/20 12:22] Moon Adamant: as i have always mentioned before progress on ocupancy
[2023/05/20 12:22] Moon Adamant: that we are back to scratch :-/
[2023/05/20 12:22] Gwyneth Llewelyn: :-(
[2023/05/20 12:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: we're jinxed!
[2023/05/20 12:23] Moon Adamant: i think this is it, will be glad to answer yoru questions!
[2023/05/20 12:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me searches for the resident witch to break the jinx spell
[2023/05/20 12:23] Tor Karlsvalt: /me plans to dance with a chicken around a fire
[2023/05/20 12:24] Rosie Gray: great work, Moon!
[2023/05/20 12:24] Moon Adamant: :-D
[2023/05/20 12:24] Almut Brunswick: Thank you, Madame Chancellor, but do you want to tell us "through the flowers" that the number of new citizens is quite ...ummm ... low?
[2023/05/20 12:24] Lilith Ivory: If I remember correctly a certain Ms Llewelyn has said more than 10 years ago that 70 is our magic number ;-)
[2023/05/20 12:24] Moon Adamant: thanks!
[2023/05/20 12:24] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Mmh I'm not sure if this will be your last intervention on the RA this term. Moon, but I'd love to thank you for all the past work!
[2023/05/20 12:24] Moon Adamant: current citizens stand at hmmm checking
[2023/05/20 12:24] Sandy Burgess: /me plans to read the chickens intestines after Tor is done dancing
[2023/05/20 12:24] Tor Karlsvalt: :)
[2023/05/20 12:25] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Lil: how true. I've even mentioned that last week. Dunbar's number! Also known as the Monkeysphere
[2023/05/20 12:25] Rosie Gray: /me raises a hand
[2023/05/20 12:25] Moon Adamant: 71 citizens, plus some tier situations to be resolved
[2023/05/20 12:25] Almut Brunswick: Any questions from the RA (except of Gwyn who is talking anyway^^)?
[2023/05/20 12:25] Tor Karlsvalt: Just sent a round of nudges.
[2023/05/20 12:25] Lilith Ivory: /me giggles
[2023/05/20 12:25] Moon Adamant: (which we are trying to, btw!)
[2023/05/20 12:26] Jerry McNally: No question from me, just want to share my appreciation of all Moon's hard work this term, there's been so much!
[2023/05/20 12:26] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Rosie raised a hand, Madam LRA :)
[2023/05/20 12:26] Almut Brunswick: Rosie please!
[2023/05/20 12:26] Rosie Gray: /me waves around her hand
[2023/05/20 12:26] Rosie Gray: thanks
[2023/05/20 12:26] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *giggles*
[2023/05/20 12:26] Rosie Gray: oh well I just had a question about the new bridge
[2023/05/20 12:26] Moon Adamant: sure ㋡
[2023/05/20 12:26] Almut Brunswick: You just do that for Drax`camera, Rosie :D
[2023/05/20 12:27] Rosie Gray: I was wondering if there had been any feedback about it from the landowners nearby
[2023/05/20 12:27] Moon Adamant: none, but it's been there for two hours only ㋡ please do go and see :-)
[2023/05/20 12:27] Moon Adamant: actually, i had one feedback
[2023/05/20 12:27] Moon Adamant: two
[2023/05/20 12:27] Gwyneth Llewelyn: wow, already?!
[2023/05/20 12:27] Moon Adamant: Gwyn and Sudane liked it ㋡
[2023/05/20 12:27] Gwyneth Llewelyn: ah! lol
[2023/05/20 12:27] Rosie Gray: and, sorry but I didn't see a posting about it beforehand to notify people
[2023/05/20 12:28] Rosie Gray: but maybe I just missed it
[2023/05/20 12:28] Tor Karlsvalt: :)
[2023/05/20 12:28] Sandy Burgess: Sounds like a RA field trip
[2023/05/20 12:28] Lilith Ivory: the temp bridge we put there for the easter ride has been there for a while without complaints I thuink
[2023/05/20 12:28] Moon Adamant: no, oops, sorry
[2023/05/20 12:28] Rosie Gray: we do have the Ms. Ivory memorial law about this ;)
[2023/05/20 12:28] Almut Brunswick: A field trip sounds like a good idea
[2023/05/20 12:28] Tor Karlsvalt: It's by my Temple and a super addition.
[2023/05/20 12:28] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me seconds the RA field trip
[2023/05/20 12:29] Lilith Ivory: /me giggles, pretending not to remember tHAT law ;-)
[2023/05/20 12:29] Rosie Gray: I think it's very useful too... but we do need to follow the law about it
[2023/05/20 12:29] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me blames it all on the IM storm that Moon's usually in
[2023/05/20 12:29] Lilith Ivory: we should make a inworld note and a forum post so citizens can pomplain withi a week
[2023/05/20 12:29] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (i.e. no time for finishing the post and click send)
[2023/05/20 12:29] Moon Adamant: well, i will post
[2023/05/20 12:30] Almut Brunswick: Any further questions or statements regarding the Chancellor's report?
[2023/05/20 12:30] Rosie Gray: yes, that's the procedure ㋡
[2023/05/20 12:30] Moon Adamant: and yes to what Lilith said
[2023/05/20 12:30] Rosie Gray: done
[2023/05/20 12:30] Almut Brunswick: I have one question: Any news from our supposed new neighbors yet?
[2023/05/20 12:30] Moon Adamant: no, not yet
[2023/05/20 12:31] Almut Brunswick: I see. Well, we did our homework in due time.
[2023/05/20 12:31] Moon Adamant: i am sorry as it's several meetings without news, but it doesn't depend on us atm
[2023/05/20 12:31] Almut Brunswick: true.
[2023/05/20 12:31] Moon Adamant: we DID ask, once more, for how the matter stands this week
[2023/05/20 12:31] Gwyneth Llewelyn: ... it's actually incredible, but it's now a YEAR since LL was first notified about the move
[2023/05/20 12:31] Moon Adamant: but no reply yet
[2023/05/20 12:31] Rosie Gray: /me sighs
[2023/05/20 12:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: They blame it all on the part-time intern that serves as LL's lawyer
[2023/05/20 12:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: :)
[2023/05/20 12:32] Lilith Ivory: oh my
[2023/05/20 12:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and who is swamped with work for which he's underpaid, and they don't even allow him an avatar
[2023/05/20 12:33] Almut Brunswick: Is LL now a middle-sized company in Germany? That all sounds so familiar to me...
[2023/05/20 12:33] Lilith Ivory: can we bribe him by creating an Avie for that poor guy and offer him free housing in CDS?
[2023/05/20 12:33] Moon Adamant: he can bunk with Archie ㋡
[2023/05/20 12:33] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Now that's a plan! But we don't even know their name
[2023/05/20 12:33] Gwyneth Llewelyn: or if he *exists* at all :)
[2023/05/20 12:34] Tor Karlsvalt: hehe
[2023/05/20 12:34] Gwyneth Llewelyn: it might just be a rumour, and the door at LL's office marked with "Legal department" actually doesn't lead anywhere, there is a stone wall behind it
[2023/05/20 12:34] Gwyneth Llewelyn: but it *is* locked and closed and nobody knows where the key is
[2023/05/20 12:34] Tor Karlsvalt: And stone wall is just what his job is.
[2023/05/20 12:34] Gwyneth Llewelyn: anyway.... enough ranting from me
[2023/05/20 12:35] Gwyneth Llewelyn: :-) let's go on
[2023/05/20 12:35] Almut Brunswick: or it is somewhere in the cellar between the boiler room and where the dustbins are stored...
[2023/05/20 12:35] Gwyneth Llewelyn: ha!
[2023/05/20 12:35] Gwyneth Llewelyn: perhaps :)))
[2023/05/20 12:35] Almut Brunswick: Yes, let's continue with 3 Land-Use Commission Report (Sandy)
[2023/05/20 12:36] Sandy Burgess: I have as much to say as a few meetings back. There was no LUC meeting between toady and our last RA meeting
[2023/05/20 12:36] Draxtor Despres: tell us anyways Sandy
[2023/05/20 12:36] Draxtor Despres: for the CAMERAS ;')
[2023/05/20 12:36] Draxtor Despres: but i am NOT HERE
[2023/05/20 12:36] Draxtor Despres: :)D
[2023/05/20 12:36] Sandy Burgess: Ok
[2023/05/20 12:37] Almut Brunswick: Hmm I see, thank you. Tell about the public transport project
[2023/05/20 12:37] Rosie Gray: ㋡
[2023/05/20 12:38] Sandy Burgess: We have been talking about the planned public transport system between Colonia Nova and Neu Freistadt.
[2023/05/20 12:38] Sandy Burgess: We will build a (arial) cable car connection and we had a field trip to see the possible route.
[2023/05/20 12:39] Sandy Burgess: Mizou has been working on some mesh for it and I have started on the scripts but things get slowed down due to the preparations for SL20B. So I don't expect too much progress until after that
[2023/05/20 12:39] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *nods*
[2023/05/20 12:40] Sandy Burgess: We also have discussed the signs that are going to be put to places of interest and we discussed changes to the covenants
[2023/05/20 12:40] Sandy Burgess: None of the work is yet in a presentable state though.
[2023/05/20 12:41] Sandy Burgess: Thank you. - Any questions?
[2023/05/20 12:41] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me wonders if she's the only onw noticing a significant absence of meetings by the LUC recently...
[2023/05/20 12:41] Almut Brunswick: But maybe I can update your information a bit, since we are going to script a small railroad model in the scripting group where I belong to, and I'm going to create a tram model. When we could agree on the size needed for our project, we could achieve a dual use maybe.
[2023/05/20 12:42] Tor Karlsvalt: brb
[2023/05/20 12:42] Almut Brunswick: So when you share with me what kind of cable car you have in mind, I could help possibly.
[2023/05/20 12:42] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aha! That's great, Almut! :) But — that would be a 'regular' train, I mean, not an aerial one?
[2023/05/20 12:42] Sandy Burgess: Me nods. That sounds interesting. If I remember right there was some discussion about connecting CN and AM by a tram
[2023/05/20 12:42] Almut Brunswick: Yes
[2023/05/20 12:43] Almut Brunswick: I'm not talking about a funicular (Seilbahn), but something on rails.
[2023/05/20 12:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *nods*
[2023/05/20 12:43] Almut Brunswick: Maybe a cog railway because of the steep slopes
[2023/05/20 12:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aye indeed :)
[2023/05/20 12:44] Sandy Burgess: We should for sure have them connect in some way
[2023/05/20 12:44] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Agreed ...
[2023/05/20 12:44] Lilith Ivory: someone has his mic on
[2023/05/20 12:44] Gwyneth Llewelyn: uh oh :)
[2023/05/20 12:44] Rosie Gray: lol
[2023/05/20 12:44] Lilith Ivory: hehe
[2023/05/20 12:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me had all sounds off by mistake, including voice, so I'm not guilty this time!
[2023/05/20 12:45] Tor Karlsvalt: b
[2023/05/20 12:45] Lilith Ivory: to be honest I am not much in favour of having a tram going up our main road
[2023/05/20 12:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I was wondering why I couldn't hear the usual typing sound...
[2023/05/20 12:45] Moon Adamant: mine is plugged off
[2023/05/20 12:45] Almut Brunswick: Mine too
[2023/05/20 12:45] Draxtor Despres: please discuss a bit the tram?
[2023/05/20 12:45] Draxtor Despres: Lilith's point?
[2023/05/20 12:45] Draxtor Despres: i have enough stuff great stuff :))
[2023/05/20 12:46] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehehehehehhe
[2023/05/20 12:46] Almut Brunswick: Yes, some democratic wrestling for the camera please!
[2023/05/20 12:46] Rosie Gray: hehe
[2023/05/20 12:46] Draxtor Despres: pro con tram?
[2023/05/20 12:46] Tor Karlsvalt: lol
[2023/05/20 12:46] Draxtor Despres: hahahah yes Almut
[2023/05/20 12:46] Draxtor Despres: Jerry maybe you could chime in as well
[2023/05/20 12:46] Draxtor Despres: your animations are great
[2023/05/20 12:46] Moon Adamant: /me reads back
[2023/05/20 12:46] Lilith Ivory: I think it will not good for riders and hikers to get kicked off the road when the tram goes by
[2023/05/20 12:46] Almut Brunswick: We even could switch to German, then we can insult us more effectively :D
[2023/05/20 12:46] Lilith Ivory: we need to preserve our nature!
[2023/05/20 12:46] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hah. But the train will have a *schedule*, right? :)
[2023/05/20 12:47] Sandy Burgess: We could make a "Hochbahn"
[2023/05/20 12:47] Lilith Ivory: most likely it will get stuck constantly in the turns :)
[2023/05/20 12:47] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me is fine with you guys insulting each other in German
[2023/05/20 12:47] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aww no no Lil, these days, scripting is so much better
[2023/05/20 12:47] Lilith Ivory: /me giggles
[2023/05/20 12:47] Almut Brunswick: That is the question: I once built a train system where you could call the vehicle from the stop pole
[2023/05/20 12:47] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and you could always use Pathfinding
[2023/05/20 12:47] Lilith Ivory: /me is bilingual in insulting others.
[2023/05/20 12:48] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *chuckles* @ Lilith
[2023/05/20 12:48] Tor Karlsvalt: :)
[2023/05/20 12:48] Almut Brunswick: Well, since the vehicle always follows the same route, a fixed table of positions in a NC would work as well
[2023/05/20 12:48] Rosie Gray: yay, thanks Drax
[2023/05/20 12:48] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Now, I'm by no means a 'train expert', but I *did* some homework back then when we first started this idea
[2023/05/20 12:49] Jerry McNally: ok?
[2023/05/20 12:49] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and there were two ways of running trains,
[2023/05/20 12:49] Tor Karlsvalt: Maybe a crossing gate where it bisects a road?
[2023/05/20 12:49] Gwyneth Llewelyn: one was scheduling
[2023/05/20 12:49] Gwyneth Llewelyn: little used
[2023/05/20 12:49] Jerry McNally: Not sure I have much to contribute about the tram, to be honest
[2023/05/20 12:49] Rosie Gray: ha!
[2023/05/20 12:49] Almut Brunswick: You are in Lisboa. When you do NOT like trams in hilly districts, you won't have a heart!
[2023/05/20 12:49] Rosie Gray: Jerry, you don't take public transport?
[2023/05/20 12:49] Jerry McNally: I can gabble on though, if required (hooks up Chat GPT...)
[2023/05/20 12:49] Almut Brunswick: Jerry prefers The Tube
[2023/05/20 12:50] Moon Adamant: :-D
[2023/05/20 12:50] Jerry McNally: Don't get me started about public transport
[2023/05/20 12:50] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me agrees with Almut hehe
[2023/05/20 12:50] Rosie Gray: :D
[2023/05/20 12:50] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me loves everything on rails!
[2023/05/20 12:50] Almut Brunswick: <= works in the railway industry in RL, so I have a strongly positive position about trams :D
[2023/05/20 12:50] Rosie Gray: awh, that would be nice
[2023/05/20 12:50] Lilith Ivory: thank you Draxtor :)
[2023/05/20 12:50] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I'm a railniac... mailrniac.... rlainimac... well whatever
[2023/05/20 12:50] Lilith Ivory: lol
[2023/05/20 12:50] Rosie Gray: no! no Ruby on Rails!
[2023/05/20 12:51] Lilith Ivory: bye
[2023/05/20 12:51] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Ah! That's the exception indeed, Rosie
[2023/05/20 12:51] Jerry McNally: Draxtor has left the building
[2023/05/20 12:51] Gwyneth Llewelyn: If that was a "bye" to Drax, goodbye :)
[2023/05/20 12:51] Moon Adamant: /me plugs her headset again
[2023/05/20 12:51] Tor Karlsvalt: hehe
[2023/05/20 12:51] Almut Brunswick: In Lilith's hometown, the subway has meanwhile no drivers anymore...maybe because Lilith was molesting the drivers with her complaints all the time :D
[2023/05/20 12:52] Gwyneth Llewelyn: awww
[2023/05/20 12:52] Lilith Ivory: I do like trams inside of a town but not out in the nature
[2023/05/20 12:52] Tor Karlsvalt: Not drivers! Geesh seems we need security.
[2023/05/20 12:52] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Hmm
[2023/05/20 12:52] Lilith Ivory: whispers: there I like Sandy
[2023/05/20 12:52] Almut Brunswick: Just kidding, Lilith, it is just for the camera.
[2023/05/20 12:52] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Tor: who needs security when we have AI? :)
[2023/05/20 12:52] Lilith Ivory: Sandy's project better
[2023/05/20 12:52] Almut Brunswick: We all know you just molested the bus drivers with your complaints.
[2023/05/20 12:52] Lilith Ivory: sure :)
[2023/05/20 12:52] Tor Karlsvalt: Right!
[2023/05/20 12:52] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Almut! pfft
[2023/05/20 12:53] Lilith Ivory: I know better than to be rude to bus drivers lol
[2023/05/20 12:53] Lilith Ivory: those are mean people
[2023/05/20 12:53] Tor Karlsvalt: /me needs to go to Nuremberg and ride the tram.
[2023/05/20 12:53] Almut Brunswick: Looking at Drax: Do you have enough footage about this topic?
[2023/05/20 12:53] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Well, I would *personally* enjoy the cable car more, but, alas, if we cannot have it, then I'd be fine with trams driving in the middle of nature :)
[2023/05/20 12:53] Jerry McNally: Can I just confirm -- I'm not going to be minuting anything about molesting bus drivers, ok?
[2023/05/20 12:53] Tor Karlsvalt: Drax left
[2023/05/20 12:54] Tor Karlsvalt: LOL
[2023/05/20 12:54] Rosie Gray: haha, Jerry
[2023/05/20 12:54] Lilith Ivory: thank you Jerry :)
[2023/05/20 12:54] Almut Brunswick: trams...middle of nature...what a sentimental attitude! Ok, let's build a highway then!
[2023/05/20 12:54] Moon Adamant: yes, he logged off now
[2023/05/20 12:54] Sandy Burgess: Why should we not get the cable cars?
[2023/05/20 12:54] Tor Karlsvalt: /me wonders if that would get more citizens.
[2023/05/20 12:54] Lilith Ivory: /me rolls her eyes
[2023/05/20 12:54] Gwyneth Llewelyn: 4 lanes!
[2023/05/20 12:54] Gwyneth Llewelyn: each way!
[2023/05/20 12:54] Rosie Gray: I like the idea of the cable cars, but I know what you mean about blocking our roads too
[2023/05/20 12:55] Almut Brunswick: Minimum! And finally a nostalgic gas station at the edge of CN
[2023/05/20 12:55] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Blocking the roads?!
[2023/05/20 12:55] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *scratches head*
[2023/05/20 12:55] Lilith Ivory: I do like trams where it is flat
[2023/05/20 12:55] Lilith Ivory: from CN to La perhaps
[2023/05/20 12:55] Almut Brunswick: Rosie, that depends on the terrain
[2023/05/20 12:55] Gwyneth Llewelyn: But they're so much funnier to ride when it's NOT flat :)
[2023/05/20 12:55] Rosie Gray: yes indeed
[2023/05/20 12:55] Lilith Ivory: lol Gwyn
[2023/05/20 12:55] Sandy Burgess: Actually I meant CN to LA
[2023/05/20 12:55] Gwyneth Llewelyn: You get a mex of roller coaster and public transportation
[2023/05/20 12:55] Gwyneth Llewelyn: *mix
[2023/05/20 12:56] Moon Adamant: you know guys, i think i am a bit out of this talk
[2023/05/20 12:56] Rosie Gray: well, big pilons on the roads themselves might not be that attractive
[2023/05/20 12:56] Almut Brunswick: and the headway. When you have these murder trams like in Coeur Lac d'Annecy, I'm absolutely on the same page.
[2023/05/20 12:56] Lilith Ivory: thats what I meant Rosie
[2023/05/20 12:56] Moon Adamant: someone will have to brief me later
[2023/05/20 12:56] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /grins
[2023/05/20 12:57] Rosie Gray: /me examines the Agenda again
[2023/05/20 12:57] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Murder trams, that sounds actually great!
[2023/05/20 12:57] Almut Brunswick: The next Chancellor will likely prefer boats. So let's dig a channel with numerous sluices :D
[2023/05/20 12:57] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Yay :)
[2023/05/20 12:57] Tor Karlsvalt: /me wakes up
[2023/05/20 12:57] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me likes that too :)
[2023/05/20 12:57] Almut Brunswick: Gwyn, you may visit that sim to see them in action
[2023/05/20 12:57] Tor Karlsvalt: With locks!
[2023/05/20 12:58] Almut Brunswick: Like these old coal channels in England
[2023/05/20 12:58] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Obviously!
[2023/05/20 12:58] Rosie Gray: oh yes, locks!
[2023/05/20 12:58] Gwyneth Llewelyn: aye, exactly, like on "Three Men in a Boat"
[2023/05/20 12:58] Almut Brunswick: Umm, but now we better proceed, ok?
[2023/05/20 12:58] Gwyneth Llewelyn: we could even name the boat "Jerome"
[2023/05/20 12:58] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Right, right. Hrrmpf. Agenda
[2023/05/20 12:58] Gwyneth Llewelyn: ...
[2023/05/20 12:58] Almut Brunswick: 4 New Business
4.1 Is the RA willing to hold an RA-meeting on our build at SL20B?
* Sandy proposes to discuss and to vote about an external RA meeting to demonstrate how our democracy works.
[2023/05/20 12:59] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Ah yes, Sandy, I love that proposal, and I totally and absolutely agree with the idea :)
[2023/05/20 12:59] Gwyneth Llewelyn: It's *perfect*. We did that once before, I think... maybe on SL10B? hehehe
[2023/05/20 13:00] Almut Brunswick: Can we expect our successors to have such a meeting there? :D
[2023/05/20 13:00] Gwyneth Llewelyn: We can certainly leave them a note :)
[2023/05/20 13:00] Almut Brunswick: Because when we will vote now, it will become binding for them :D
[2023/05/20 13:00] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Hmm!
[2023/05/20 13:00] Almut Brunswick: Yes, glued with a used bubblegum under Jerry's seat
[2023/05/20 13:00] Gwyneth Llewelyn: That's a good point.
[2023/05/20 13:00] Lilith Ivory: lol, in theory you could just ask your sucessors
[2023/05/20 13:01] Rosie Gray: since our successors appear to be here
[2023/05/20 13:01] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Lil you're so pragmatic :)
[2023/05/20 13:01] Rosie Gray: oh but I see we lost Sandy
[2023/05/20 13:01] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Whoops
[2023/05/20 13:01] Lilith Ivory: *switches to her SC tag ;-)
[2023/05/20 13:01] Almut Brunswick: Ok guys, I give you 30 seconds of self-reflection with your successors.
[2023/05/20 13:01] Rosie Gray: she is having computer issues and warned that it might happen
[2023/05/20 13:01] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aww
[2023/05/20 13:02] Rosie Gray: anyway, I'm in favour of having it there... would be kind of fun
[2023/05/20 13:02] Almut Brunswick: I totally agree
[2023/05/20 13:02] Lilith Ivory: wb
[2023/05/20 13:02] Rosie Gray: wb again Sandy
[2023/05/20 13:02] Almut Brunswick: Wb Sandy
[2023/05/20 13:02] Gwyneth Llewelyn: wb :))
[2023/05/20 13:02] Almut Brunswick: It seems that we all are in favor of the idea with the RA meeting at the SL20B
[2023/05/20 13:02] Tor Karlsvalt: wb Sandy
[2023/05/20 13:02] Tor Karlsvalt: Super
[2023/05/20 13:02] Lilith Ivory: (oh and btw ... perhaps you could also talk with your successors about a suitable time for an inaugural meeting)
[2023/05/20 13:03] Almut Brunswick: oops, Sandy, no need to run up the wall :D
[2023/05/20 13:03] Sandy Burgess: ss 24
[2023/05/20 13:03] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me tries to decode that
[2023/05/20 13:03] Almut Brunswick: Lilith, that is Top 8.
[2023/05/20 13:04] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me is SO confused now
[2023/05/20 13:04] Sandy Burgess: anything important I missed?
[2023/05/20 13:04] Rosie Gray: we were talking about your proposal
[2023/05/20 13:04] Almut Brunswick: We are still at 4.1 Is the RA willing to hold an RA-meeting on our build at SL20B?
[2023/05/20 13:04] Gwyneth Llewelyn: aye you did miss a proposal to ask our successors if they're fine in hosting a RA meeting on the SL20B build
[2023/05/20 13:04] Almut Brunswick: and waited for you
[2023/05/20 13:05] Jerry McNally: I think the consensus is yes, though we're not sure if anything decided now could be binding
[2023/05/20 13:05] Almut Brunswick: A more technical question: When will that take place?
[2023/05/20 13:05] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (since we were sort of unanimously in favour of the plan)
[2023/05/20 13:05] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aye, that's also important — it might even be something that can be 'officially' announced through LL's calendar system
[2023/05/20 13:06] Gwyneth Llewelyn: or whatever they use to schedule events on the SL20B grounds
[2023/05/20 13:06] Tor Karlsvalt: The 20th annual Second Life birthday celebration (SL20B) will be held from June 22nd to July 11th
[2023/05/20 13:06] Lilith Ivory: its not binding if you vote now I think but it is still good to know what you are thinking about that plan
[2023/05/20 13:06] Rosie Gray: yes and the RA will be FLOODED with interested people!
[2023/05/20 13:06] Lilith Ivory: you COULD still change your mind I guess ;-)
[2023/05/20 13:06] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *coughs* suuuuure
[2023/05/20 13:06] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Hm
[2023/05/20 13:07] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I'm not sure if it's proper and adequate for *this* RA to set a date in the future for the *next* RA
[2023/05/20 13:07] Moon Adamant: /me hands a Wanna Buy Land? tshirt to all RA members for that SL20B RA session
[2023/05/20 13:07] Almut Brunswick: We could vote like that: "The RA of the 38th Term recommends unanimously to hold an exceptional RA Meeting on site of the SL20B celebration area."
[2023/05/20 13:07] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehe Moon
[2023/05/20 13:07] Sandy Burgess: It was my idea and I put that proposal on the agenda so I am in favour of it
[2023/05/20 13:07] Gwyneth Llewelyn: All right I second that, Almut
[2023/05/20 13:07] Rosie Gray: I think we can table this until the next RA meeting
[2023/05/20 13:08] Moon Adamant: uh, this is the last one on the 38th term
[2023/05/20 13:08] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Isn't this the last one this term?
[2023/05/20 13:08] Almut Brunswick: Yes
[2023/05/20 13:08] Rosie Gray: exactly
[2023/05/20 13:08] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Oh! I see your point lol
[2023/05/20 13:08] Rosie Gray: :D
[2023/05/20 13:08] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *shakes head*
[2023/05/20 13:08] Moon Adamant: well, yeah, you gusy have time
[2023/05/20 13:09] Jerry McNally: I guess that give the next RA enough time
[2023/05/20 13:09] Moon Adamant: btw, Inauguration Ball 39th Term: Sat June 3, noon SLT. ㋡
[2023/05/20 13:09] Almut Brunswick: Therefore and just not to loose that topic out of the RA's focus, I propose to put it as a recommendation to the next RA.
[2023/05/20 13:09] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me still seconds Almut's recommendation
[2023/05/20 13:09] Almut Brunswick: Motion to vote in this sense?
[2023/05/20 13:10] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Motion seconded :)
[2023/05/20 13:10] Jerry McNally: I'm guess the SL20 RA meeting will be the 2nd RA meeting of the next term?
[2023/05/20 13:10] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (something like that, Jerry)
[2023/05/20 13:10] Almut Brunswick: yes
[2023/05/20 13:10] Almut Brunswick: or the third
[2023/05/20 13:11] Jerry McNally: So the first RA agenda needs to have this on, as well as the usual stuff about electing roles and so on
[2023/05/20 13:11] Rosie Gray: /me nods
[2023/05/20 13:12] Almut Brunswick: I don't think it will be a big deal to move to our SL20B plot then and to scare off... errmm...attract the visitors with our democracy-in-action demonstration.
[2023/05/20 13:12] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Well, I'm sure the next RA will be able to handle that :)
[2023/05/20 13:12] Jerry McNally: I guess it can go under RA concerns, if it's not on the agenda
[2023/05/20 13:12] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me totally agrees with Almut on that
[2023/05/20 13:12] Almut Brunswick: I agree.
[2023/05/20 13:13] Jerry McNally: Ok, I'm happy to vote on that motion, then
[2023/05/20 13:13] Almut Brunswick: So there is still Sandy's and my proposal pending, seconded by Gwyn. Shall we vote now?
[2023/05/20 13:13] Jerry McNally: Yep, aye from me
[2023/05/20 13:13] Almut Brunswick: Aye
[2023/05/20 13:13] Rosie Gray: aye
[2023/05/20 13:13] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Aye of course
[2023/05/20 13:13] Sandy Burgess: aye
[2023/05/20 13:13] Almut Brunswick: Perfect, thank you!
[2023/05/20 13:13] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *applauds vigorously*!
[2023/05/20 13:14] Almut Brunswick: 5 Citizen Concerns
[2023/05/20 13:14] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me wonders what the citizens will come up with
[2023/05/20 13:14] Almut Brunswick: /me looks around
[2023/05/20 13:14] Lilith Ivory: since Drax is gone I aam not concerned anymore :)
[2023/05/20 13:14] Almut Brunswick: haha
[2023/05/20 13:14] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Lilith! pffft
[2023/05/20 13:14] Moon Adamant: lol
[2023/05/20 13:14] Almut Brunswick: the powder has been shot already
[2023/05/20 13:14] Moon Adamant: exactly Almut
[2023/05/20 13:15] Lilith Ivory: /me saves her powder for the RA SLB meeting ;-)
[2023/05/20 13:15] Gwyneth Llewelyn: we need all the free advertising we can
[2023/05/20 13:15] Almut Brunswick: 6 RA Member Concerns
[2023/05/20 13:15] Rosie Gray: we do!
[2023/05/20 13:15] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Oh I have a small 'concern'
[2023/05/20 13:15] Almut Brunswick: Sure, go ahead
[2023/05/20 13:15] Gwyneth Llewelyn: But if anyone wants to go first, please do
[2023/05/20 13:16] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Okay, well
[2023/05/20 13:16] Gwyneth Llewelyn: since this is the last RA meeting, I think it's appropriate for me to formally apologise to all of you
[2023/05/20 13:16] Rosie Gray: /me gasps
[2023/05/20 13:16] Moon Adamant: aww
[2023/05/20 13:16] Gwyneth Llewelyn: lol seriously
[2023/05/20 13:16] Lilith Ivory: for not running again?
[2023/05/20 13:17] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Some weeks ago, I did not perform my duties regarding the oath taken as a RA member
[2023/05/20 13:17] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (well that's the consequence)
[2023/05/20 13:17] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Namely, even though I didn't meant any harm,
[2023/05/20 13:17] Rosie Gray: /me listens
[2023/05/20 13:17] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I made light of our democracy in general,
[2023/05/20 13:17] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and of the power of the RA in particular
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Those who know me well know that I've got this annoying tendency of making bad puns
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and stupid jokes
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: which in my mind are not only harmless,
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: but also a way of making all of this more fun :)
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: What I forgot,
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: is that we have many many citizens in the CDS,
[2023/05/20 13:18] Gwyneth Llewelyn: who are not really uh 'familiar' with the things I say and how I say them
[2023/05/20 13:19] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and this means that they may actually take me *seriously*
[2023/05/20 13:19] Gwyneth Llewelyn: That would be fine if I spoke for myself only,
[2023/05/20 13:19] Gwyneth Llewelyn: but as an elected RA representative,
[2023/05/20 13:19] Gwyneth Llewelyn: my role as a 'private citizen making jokes' could be misinterpreted and misunderstood
[2023/05/20 13:20] Gwyneth Llewelyn: So... I do apologise
[2023/05/20 13:20] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I should have been more careful,
[2023/05/20 13:20] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and, as a form of atonement, I decided not to run again
[2023/05/20 13:20] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (that took me a LONG time thinking about pros and cons)
[2023/05/20 13:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: But I believe that at the very least it should be understood that I don't think that the CDS is 'all about power for a few' while keeping the rest away with ILLUSIONS and fake promises of democracy
[2023/05/20 13:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I throroughly and profoundly believe in the CDS,
[2023/05/20 13:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: in what we stand for
[2023/05/20 13:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and take it much more seriously than it appears
[2023/05/20 13:21] Gwyneth Llewelyn: ... or else, I wouldn't be here after almost 20 years :)
[2023/05/20 13:22] Sandy Burgess: I am a bit amiss at what joke you talk about. - must have either missed it or might have regretted not having made it myself ...
[2023/05/20 13:22] Gwyneth Llewelyn: And I'll obviously stay 20 years more or 50
[2023/05/20 13:22] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehe Sandy — it was not just one
[2023/05/20 13:22] Gwyneth Llewelyn: it was more uh a 'general attitude' which was reflected in the things I said, and how I said them
[2023/05/20 13:22] Gwyneth Llewelyn: The issue *was* settled, mind you
[2023/05/20 13:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: But it was clear that if just one person thought that I was NOT joking,
[2023/05/20 13:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: sometimes, in text chat, it's not easy to tell!
[2023/05/20 13:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: there might be MORE that thought the same way
[2023/05/20 13:23] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and you now... they would accuse the CDS citizens od "just role-playing",
[2023/05/20 13:24] Gwyneth Llewelyn: "it's just a gang of friends who pretend they're a democracy for the lolz"
[2023/05/20 13:24] Gwyneth Llewelyn: That certainly touched me deep
[2023/05/20 13:24] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Because that is exactly the *opposite* of what I try to convey :)
[2023/05/20 13:25] Gwyneth Llewelyn: That said, thanks to *all* of you (and I really mean ALL) for the support you've given to this community :)
[2023/05/20 13:25] Gwyneth Llewelyn: As usual, I *will* be around.
[2023/05/20 13:25] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Done :)
[2023/05/20 13:26] Almut Brunswick: Thank you, Gwyn, for you insightful statement. I'm glad we could - hopefully - sort out all these misconceptions in the past weeks. The good thing after all is that we never stopped talking to each other.
[2023/05/20 13:26] Gwyneth Llewelyn: That's exactly the way to deal with such issues, Almut, and I thank you for that :)
[2023/05/20 13:26] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I agree — it's so much better to talk about it, openly, with the affected parties,
[2023/05/20 13:26] Gwyneth Llewelyn: instead of well, gossiping and so forth
[2023/05/20 13:26] Moon Adamant: Cheers Gwyn!
[2023/05/20 13:27] Gwyneth Llewelyn: cheers to you, Moon, for all your wonderful work here as Chancellor hehe
[2023/05/20 13:27] Tor Karlsvalt: Yes, thanks for your comments and apology.
[2023/05/20 13:27] Lilith Ivory: I am sad you are not running again but understand your reasons
[2023/05/20 13:27] Gwyneth Llewelyn: No need to thank me for *that* :-P
[2023/05/20 13:27] Rosie Gray: Thanks for that Gwyn! In SL as we all know, it's difficult sometimes to know when people are serious or not... yes I'm sad you aren't running again too
[2023/05/20 13:27] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Naah
[2023/05/20 13:28] Lilith Ivory: but I do hole you will come to the RA meetings in your role as citizen to speak your mind in a democratic way :)
[2023/05/20 13:28] Gwyneth Llewelyn: You know, the other day I was cleaning up the SL History Wiki,
[2023/05/20 13:28] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and I found out that I had actually been the *first* LRA of the CDS! I completely forgot about *that*
[2023/05/20 13:28] Lilith Ivory: awwwww
[2023/05/20 13:28] Almut Brunswick: I think what touched Gwyn deeply was when I said in the heat of the discussion she would remind me sometimes more of Salasar (the former Portuguese dictator) than of a real Social Democrat. I'm sorry for that comparison now.
[2023/05/20 13:28] Gwyneth Llewelyn: The first elected one at least, there was an 'interim' provisory LRA while the elections were being set up
[2023/05/20 13:28] Lilith Ivory: we all can learn from your long time experience Gwyn
[2023/05/20 13:29] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Heh. You're right, that made me *really* think twice, Almut :) In a sense this woke me up
[2023/05/20 13:29] Gwyneth Llewelyn: What, you mean all that I've forgotten, Lil? hahaha
[2023/05/20 13:30] Lilith Ivory: hehehe
[2023/05/20 13:30] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me 's memory is a Swiss cheese, with more holes than cheese
[2023/05/20 13:30] Almut Brunswick: A joke can be also be seen as a diminishing statement for the detriment of a constitutional organ, hence my harsh reaction. We Germans had and sadly still have made this experience.
[2023/05/20 13:31] Rosie Gray: please excuse me everyone... I have to leave, but I am fine with the proposed next date of June 10
[2023/05/20 13:31] Rosie Gray: sorry
[2023/05/20 13:31] Lilith Ivory: imo it's less making jokes that makes a dictator but trying to keep others away from speaking their mind
[2023/05/20 13:31] Almut Brunswick: So I assume most of us will be sworn in at the Inaugural Ball
[2023/05/20 13:32] Almut Brunswick: Lilith, it may be the beginning.
[2023/05/20 13:32] Almut Brunswick: Once the joker is in power, the wind will change.
[2023/05/20 13:32] Lilith Ivory: I disagree
[2023/05/20 13:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehehe
[2023/05/20 13:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me says bye to Rosie (probably too late by now)
[2023/05/20 13:32] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me looks around
[2023/05/20 13:33] Almut Brunswick: Regarding the by-election, Tan has announced to run for the RA then.
[2023/05/20 13:33] Gwyneth Llewelyn: YAY for Tan :)
[2023/05/20 13:33] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me *applauds vigorously*!
[2023/05/20 13:33] Almut Brunswick: I see, however, this with a smiling and a crying eye.
[2023/05/20 13:33] Moon Adamant: WTG Tan!
[2023/05/20 13:33] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehe
[2023/05/20 13:33] Lilith Ivory: (you could still run against them so we finally get real elections ;-)
[2023/05/20 13:33] Tor Karlsvalt: super
[2023/05/20 13:33] Almut Brunswick: Smiling because Tan is a nice guy with a lot of CDS experience.
[2023/05/20 13:34] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me passes Almut a tissue
[2023/05/20 13:34] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (Lil: it's a thought!)
[2023/05/20 13:34] Lilith Ivory: /me grins
[2023/05/20 13:34] Almut Brunswick: Crying because I still remember the first term I was in the RA and Tan disappeared without any further note mid-term
[2023/05/20 13:34] Lilith Ivory: also Tan prefers not to be called a guy btw :)
[2023/05/20 13:35] Almut Brunswick: so I had to step in.
[2023/05/20 13:35] Tor Karlsvalt: /me wonders if those past jokes will be soundbites for ads in a campaign
[2023/05/20 13:35] Lilith Ivory: atm they are either a woman or a tree
[2023/05/20 13:35] Moon Adamant: /me wonders why Gwyn is laying down on teh cold marble floor
[2023/05/20 13:35] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I am? Hmm
[2023/05/20 13:35] Almut Brunswick: I saw her sitting properly
[2023/05/20 13:36] Gwyneth Llewelyn: weird though. SL is great for Buddhists, we all experience the world differently :)
[2023/05/20 13:36] Moon Adamant: must have been a gesture running wild
[2023/05/20 13:36] Almut Brunswick: Ok, Tan is Tan, and I'm glad when she will be really back here.
[2023/05/20 13:36] Gwyneth Llewelyn: oh yes! I have lots of those!
[2023/05/20 13:36] Almut Brunswick: three Germans in the RA...uh oh....
[2023/05/20 13:37] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Well, you could consider it as an upgrade from 2 1/2 :)
[2023/05/20 13:37] Tor Karlsvalt: Hmmm, I never wondered about the term, 'guys.' In colloquial American English, that is just anyone.
[2023/05/20 13:37] Gwyneth Llewelyn: 'folks' is more neutral these days :)
[2023/05/20 13:37] Lilith Ivory: and this is sexist too lol
[2023/05/20 13:37] Tor Karlsvalt: oh I donno
[2023/05/20 13:38] Almut Brunswick: Yes, I agree with Tor. Americans seem to use it as "persons" or "beings"
[2023/05/20 13:38] Jerry McNally: Same in British English Tor, Here it's non-gender specific now
[2023/05/20 13:38] Tor Karlsvalt: Folks can have connotations for African Americans.
[2023/05/20 13:38] Lilith Ivory: I guess no one would get the idea to talk about Moon as a guy lol
[2023/05/20 13:38] Lilith Ivory: but never mind
[2023/05/20 13:38] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Oh really? Now that's interesting to know! I guess that I heard that from someone who was NOT an African-American
[2023/05/20 13:38] Gwyneth Llewelyn: /me likes "dudes" and "mates"
[2023/05/20 13:39] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Or, like we say in our little faction, "comrades" :)
[2023/05/20 13:39] Tor Karlsvalt: hehe
[2023/05/20 13:39] Almut Brunswick: Sounds somehow fascistic :D
[2023/05/20 13:39] Lilith Ivory: /me sighs
[2023/05/20 13:39] Gwyneth Llewelyn: oh my
[2023/05/20 13:39] Gwyneth Llewelyn: "comrade" = communist, not fascist!
[2023/05/20 13:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: well... socialist :)
[2023/05/20 13:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: whatever ! haha
[2023/05/20 13:40] Almut Brunswick: German Social Democrats call each other "Genossen" that means more or less comrade indeed
[2023/05/20 13:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Exactly :)
[2023/05/20 13:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Tovarich!
[2023/05/20 13:40] Almut Brunswick: but "Kamerad" is somebody you had as mate at school or in the military
[2023/05/20 13:40] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (or whatever the spelling is)
[2023/05/20 13:41] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Ohhh I see what you mean, Almut!
[2023/05/20 13:41] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Good point, yes.
[2023/05/20 13:41] Almut Brunswick: Anyway, that is just a detail.
[2023/05/20 13:41] Lilith Ivory: thats why we say comrade and not Kamerad :)
[2023/05/20 13:41] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Over here in Portugal, we have the same thing
[2023/05/20 13:41] Sandy Burgess: Political correctness has mostly one result: It deprives us from our words and limits our possibilities to express. But it rarely adresses the real problem
[2023/05/20 13:41] Gwyneth Llewelyn: or close enough
[2023/05/20 13:41] Jerry McNally: /me is tempted to bring up the small matter of the agenda?
[2023/05/20 13:41] Lilith Ivory: I do agree Sandy!
[2023/05/20 13:41] Almut Brunswick: 8 Next RA meeting (to be discussed)
* Proposal: Saturday, June 10, 2023, 12 PM SLT (one week after the Inauguration Ball)
[2023/05/20 13:42] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Sandy: I agree, especially when it becomes *radical* to the point that you cannot use grammar properly any longer :)
[2023/05/20 13:42] Gwyneth Llewelyn: so uh I had just a tiny issue about the last point on the agenda — we're not supposed to set the agenda date for the NEXT RA, are we?
[2023/05/20 13:42] Almut Brunswick: (I want to stop that here and to move it to the after-meeting chitchat^^)
[2023/05/20 13:42] Almut Brunswick: Yes, we just can - again - propose that date
[2023/05/20 13:42] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Oh ok
[2023/05/20 13:42] Gwyneth Llewelyn: I see — it's a *proposal*
[2023/05/20 13:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: :-)
[2023/05/20 13:43] Almut Brunswick: to our successors ^^
[2023/05/20 13:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: In that case, I'm fine in seconding it.
[2023/05/20 13:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: exactly! may they be wise and follow the proposal :)
[2023/05/20 13:43] Almut Brunswick: Rosie said already aye, so let's vote
[2023/05/20 13:43] Jerry McNally: Yep, the date's fine by me too
[2023/05/20 13:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: aye
[2023/05/20 13:43] Almut Brunswick: aye
[2023/05/20 13:43] Jerry McNally: Aye
[2023/05/20 13:43] Sandy Burgess: What is the date?
[2023/05/20 13:43] Gwyneth Llewelyn: June 10th
[2023/05/20 13:44] Almut Brunswick: June 10
[2023/05/20 13:44] Sandy Burgess: looks aye to me
[2023/05/20 13:44] Almut Brunswick: yay
[2023/05/20 13:44] Gwyneth Llewelyn: (it's a national holiday over here so I'm sure I'll be able to take a peek at the next RA meeting :) )
[2023/05/20 13:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: and boo and throw tomatoes from the galleries... wait... we have no galleries :))
[2023/05/20 13:45] Almut Brunswick: You can throw the tomatoes on this Ulrika statue
[2023/05/20 13:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: works for me! :)
[2023/05/20 13:45] Lilith Ivory: but I DO have throwable tomatoes :)
[2023/05/20 13:45] Sandy Burgess: You could build one for Walldorf and Stadler ... perhaps they let you join
[2023/05/20 13:45] Moon Adamant: isn't it scary ㋡
[2023/05/20 13:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: So do I! The old 2003 tomato cannon
[2023/05/20 13:45] Lilith Ivory: aawww
[2023/05/20 13:45] Gwyneth Llewelyn: hehehehe Sandy
[2023/05/20 13:46] Lilith Ivory: mine is more modern
[2023/05/20 13:46] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Mine is *vintage* :)
[2023/05/20 13:46] Lilith Ivory: you can try it in the basement of the Schloss
[2023/05/20 13:46] Moon Adamant: i think i still have Torley's watermelon thrower
[2023/05/20 13:46] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Oh, that too!
[2023/05/20 13:46] Almut Brunswick: Anyway...before I declare this meeting as adjourned, let me thank you for another great term!
[2023/05/20 13:46] Gwyneth Llewelyn: Indeed :) Thanks for this great term!
[2023/05/20 13:46] Moon Adamant: thank you, thaks you all! It was indeed a great term!
[2023/05/20 13:47] Lilith Ivory: indeed
[2023/05/20 13:47] Almut Brunswick: I know that I'm a brat and a German steamroller at times, so thank you for bearing with me.
[2023/05/20 13:47] Lilith Ivory: thank you all
[2023/05/20 13:47] Almut Brunswick: See most of you...in fact all of you...next term here again.
