Since we don't seem to have a secretary right now, let me summarize briefly the Guild meeting of January 22, 2023:
Attending Guild members: Almut, Delia, Lilith, Moon, Sudane, Rosie, Sandy, Tor
1 Approval of the Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved like presented.
2 Nominations for and selection of guild Chairperson and Guildemeister/Gildemeisterin
2.1 Electing the new Guild Chair
Since Delia didn't want to run for Guild Chair again, Sudane proposed to elect Almut. Moon seconded the nomination. All in favor, Almut accepted the vote.
2.1 Electing the new Gildemeisterin (Guild Master)
Almut asked Rosie to continue as Gildemeisterin. She agreed, and so she was confirmed in office unanimously.
3 Old Business
3.1 Review of the Guild Charter Reboot
The main part of the meeting was used to discuss and collaboratively editing the draft of the CDS Artisan Charter. Since it turned out as more time-consuming as orginally assumed, the further rework was tabled to another meeting in the near future.
4 New Business
4.1 Projects for CDS
a) Historical signs to make
Moon gave a summary about the project status that is still going on in collaboration with the LUC.
b) Sim Improvements
Since the meeting had exceeded the time frame already, it was agreed on tabling the topic in favor on a separate meeting on Sunday, January 28, 2023, 1 PM that should be only focused on this single but extensive topic.
Following topics have silently been tabled as well and will become subject to future meetings:
Staging of parcels
Cable car connecting the lower parts (Colonia Nova or Locus Amoenus) with Neufreistadt or Friedsee. (Just an idea) (Note this should go first to the LUC)
Checking the existing maps for accuracy
SL20B and CDS20B – just presenting the Celebrations Group
