On the 2nd November 2022, the CSDF met with a single agenda point:
- Approval of the New Charter of the CSDF
After discussion, a motion was made to approve Tan's draft for the Charter. A vote followed with approval by unanimity.
Following this vote, extraordinary agenda points were raised:
- that a request be made to the SC to replace the old CSDF Charter by the new approved text in this forum -- Approved by unanimity.
- In accordance with the new Charter, a motion to call the election of the Secretary-General of the CSDF for the 16th November -- Approved by unanimity.
- the timetable and processes for declaration of candidates and voting by secret ballot -- Approved by unanimity, the timetable and process approved will be posted next on this forum on a dedicated thread.
- that a request be made to the Chancellor of the CDS for the lending of CDS's contest board for the election -- Approved by unanimity.
