the Land Use Commission (LUC) is a collaborative institution with delegates from governmental and non-govermental institutions to advise the Representative Assembly (RA), the Chancellor and other citizens on changes to the CDS environment:

On our first RA meeting of this 38th term, we have already elected Delia Lake as our first citizen delegate, but we still need to find another citizen for the LUC. Though we already have one application so far, I want to encourage everybody of the CDS citizenship to volunteer for this role. There aren't any prerequisites required, just the willingness to participate on the LUC meetings (usually on Saturdays) and a positive interest in the matters of the LUC.
