Motion to approve the minutes as presented. Rosie 1st, Almut 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.

2 Executive Report
Postponed.

3 Land-Use Commission Report
Agatha reported on a range of ongoing LUC topics. The project to create appropriate CDS signage is now complete: all that remains are decisions on placement and text descriptions. The Chancellor has now reset all the landing places on parcels for which classifieds are paid for. And there is now a sketch of the proposed new theatre at Colonia Nova at 1000m, which is slowly being refined and turned to mesh. Once this is complete, the terrain will be remade and the theatre properly embedded.

4 Citizen Concerns
A question was raised about whether citizens need to ask permission before flying the CDS flag on their boats. It was clarified that any citizen or friend is allowed to fly the CDS flag, but permission should be sought when wanting to use the flag on event posters or social media posts.

5 RA Member Concerns
Concerns were raised about the long-standing errors with the water in Friedsee lake, and with the out-of-date RA members online indicator boards. It was hoped the former could be addressed by the Chancellor, and the latter by the LRA in conjunction with Sudane Erato.

The LRA issued a reminder to everyone present that the elections for the 38th term draw near, and candidates for Chancellor and for Representative Assembly members are still required.
