2. Agenda this meeting for approval
Motion to accept Agenda as presented. Sudane 1st, Mizou 2nd, all in favour, motion carried

3. Old business:
1. Signage for the road names at LA and CN: (Mizou)
Nothing new to report

4. New business:

1. New MoCa building proposal by Chancellor Kyoko / Mizou
This topic was moved to the end for discussion in order to have a field trip to the building site.
a. Discussion of suitable architectural style
b. Show mock-up.
Mizou notes that the current shape is provisional. Textures being considered are for a lot of glass and metal. Different types of metal and stone textures were discussed, with bronze being a popular choice. The plan is to use the upper floors to recover the space lost to the plaza on the ground floor. Mizou asked for ideas instead of using slanted windows. Sudane suggested creating a simple shape version that can be rezzed at the location in NFS to get a feel for it in context. Rosie suggested large banners that hang on the outside walls when a new exhibit is on, as RL museums do, instead of just posters. Delia wants an enormous room for huge artworks, to do some breathtaking creative exhibits on occasion. Floors currently planned at 11m, 9m, and 9m. More possible details were discussed.

5. Miscellaneous:
a. Connecting CDS to Linden waters update (Sudane)
Sudane reported that there was a reply to the ticket item acknowledging the proposal in for review.

b. Ice cave review
There was a discussion about what should replace the ice cave, whether it should be some activity like rock climbing or if it should be something simple to minimize the LI usage. Right now there are 1337 LI on the public lands in Monastery, and the public lands hold 1250. Sudane suggests setting autoreturn on the public parcel to deal with any objects not set to the LV group (sneaking over from private parcels). Lilith suggests sending out a note to warn citizens before doing it. No firm decision was made.

6. AOB: Anything else to discuss?
Nothing more was brought forward.

7. Setting date for next meeting
June 12, noon slt.
