3. Land Use Commission Report (12:18-12:16)

Brooke Brandenburg reported on the LUC Meeting of August 30; even tho she did not attend it, she read both the transcript and the minutes and created a report to inform and update those who had not yet read them.

LA Harbour
bicycle rezzers are in the general area, an unnecessary use of prims, reduced to one.

An ice cream cart was added for seasonal deco.

Sudane is undertaking a survey of LA prims/LI to determine whether these might be reduced

Regions waterfalls:
Delia has the Monastery waterfalls nearly completed.
Alpine Meadows waterfalls were already completed.

Friedsee Lake
After some discussion about swim scripts and swimming in the lake (or anywhere), it was suggested that we try out Laura's pool with animations that is designed to be placed over water. It can be found beside Soro's houseboat. If it is low-prim it could be used for the Friedsee Lake. Delia and Mizou offered to test it out and report back.
Laura Azalee commented that she had sent a copy of the deck to the CDS Archive.

Missing roadway near Monastery Lake
Almut posted her mockup and ideas to the forum: https://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php ... 810#p49810

Road/path mesh project - Sudane, who is in charge of planning, was absent, so no discussion.

Machinima Monastery: Project Planning (Tan/Almut)
- Tan was absent, so no discussion

Mizou has created a YouTube Channel for the CDS. This is only available through Archie's email address. The Monastery machinima will be posted there when complete. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJNksK ... 7LzTsFL0ig

4.Citizen Concerns (12:26 – 12:30)

Almut Brunswick expressed her disappointment at what she calls “single action” regarding the making of the machinima and says she wants to discuss it at the next LUC meeting.

5. RA member concerns (12:30 – 12:31)

there were none

6. Old Business (12:31-12:33)

There is none in the agenda, but Tanoujin reminds the RA that there is still the question of the LUC Reform to be dealt with. However, since Lyubov asked to table it because she was not present, it is agreed to table it.

7. New Business (12:33 – 12:45)

Creation and maintenance of CDS YouTube account – purpose, access, maintenance.
Tanoujin informs the RA that Mizou has already created a CDS Youtube Channel. It should be an executive job to handle it, so access should be restricted.
Rosie thinks that the RA might need to look at the laws around the social media platforms and ensure that it fits in. There is the CDSL 23-03 Social Media Act: https://cdsdemocracy.org/faqs/cdsl-23-0 ... media-act/
Tanoujin moves to table the discussion about the youtube channel in the light of CDSL 23-3 until next meeting. Laura Azalee seconds, motion carried unanimously.
