That is about Linden Lab taking money from somebody for land then taking that land away from him for violating the ToS - effectively a breach of contract dispute. If we would be liable for anything like this at all, it would be because we banished people at all, and not because, if we did so, we did so following a trial in accordance with our law. Indeed, just plain banning people, as most SL estate owners do, without any hearing at all, is far [i:21vkth0d]more[/i:21vkth0d] likely to lead to this sort of case than doing so after a fair hearing.
