SC violating its own procedures

I submitted two petitions to the SC. I expected them to be heard in accordance with the proper procedures, which I referenced here:

Those procedures would have involved scheduling a hearing in consultation with me to ensure that I could be present. That did not happen. I consider the denial of these petitions to be a violation of due process and will address that action through the RA, up to and including a request for an impeachment of the SC en masse.
