Attracting new people to SL

Post by Sudane Erato »

This is a very interesting read for those of us thinking about attracting new people to our community. This is the way LL is doing it.

After reading this interesting information, I made the reflection that most SL regions have a single theme (i.e. viking, medieval, beach life, shopping, RP, steampunk or a world capital), or no theme at all (anything goes).

The strong side of the CDS is our variation of themes, so that you can choose that which appeals most to you. And not only the themes- I think that we are also pretty unique when it comes to variation of parcel size: large parcels for building a private paradise, or small readymade houses, and a lot in between. (Not to mention our exceptionally low tiers.)

We ought to try to let this be known- though I don't know how :)
