The following comment from Brian was discussed:
For the section about Building Approval, it might be worth broadening the approval to the Chancellor or their designee, provided they are a member of the Executive Branch. Additionally, it seems that there should be an appeal mechanism specified if the Chancellor declined a particular structure. Rough proposal is in bold, below. Then again, perhaps this is overkill... open to suggestions 
"1. All public and private buildings in the CDS regions require approval by the Chancellor (or their designee, provided they are a member of the Executive branch). The Chancellor can request an opinion from the CDS Artisan Guild. In the event that the Chancellor (or their designee) declines approval of a building, the owner may petition the [ Artisan Guild? SC? ] to review and adjudicate. See specific Regional Covenants below."
The Guild agreed to add 'Chancellor or designee' to the „Approval of Buildings“ section of the general covenant.
Sudane made a motion to send the General Covenants, with the inclusion of 'Chancellor or designee', to the RA for review.

4.1. Sim Improvements
Roșie suggested making systematic tours of the regions again and make notes of things to discuss updating
4.2. Staging of parcels
Recommendation not to put staging INSIDE houses, but that parcels without buildings or landscaping should have something nice on them. Also a sign should be placed at the parcels saying: "Keep this house and use it, or return it and use your own"
It was decided to use the old "For Sale" signs and Lilith volunteered to create the new text

Almut Brunswick wants to create overview maps for all covenants like we have for LA.
