As determined by the poll we held these last two weeks, CDS PR can now do promotion of the CDS citizens' projects outside of the CDS.
This is a first attempt at a framework for this, based on the current PR experience. It may change as we refine the model, but for the moment please bear in mind that:
- The CDS PR of your outside projects is... well, CDS PR, so you need to ask the Chancellor or the designated PIO for inclusion on the appropriate channels, for this purpose those being exclusively :
a) These forums;
b) The CDS Group notices
c) The CDS social media channels that are active at the moment - The Chancellor decides if your request for PR is approved. Rationale for this is obvious: imagine that some future citizen asks the CDS PR to promote their own land business! That's a definite NO
- Chancellor and PIO team will request that you provide the necessary materials for the PR. Though that can vary, please consider that the CDS PR features three things generally: a small text (a couple paragraphs); a image (which should be full perms if you hand us those in SL); and a LM.
- Mind also that Chancellor and PIOs are very busy generally! So please hand us the request and the materials with at least 48h in advance.
- And finally, if your request clashes with any official CDS event, the CDS event has priority! So while we can post notices about your thing -- specially if the request is done with sufficient time ahead -- we will focus on the CDS event.
