As decided yesterday, 2Nov2022, in our General-Meeting, we will hold the election of the Secretary-General of the CSDF.
Please check on this forum:
- The New Charter of the CSDF
- The Call for Candidates for this election.
We have also approved the following timetable and process for this election.
- Candidates must declare before the 12th November 2022.
- To declare, a contest board will be placed at the CSDF HQ. Candidates will declare by entering the contest board list. (Instructions for that will accompany the board)
- Vote then opens from 12PM SLT, 12 November 2022 till 12AM SLT, 16 November 2022.
- Vote is in-person and secret, and will take place by selecting a candidate on the list of the same contest board.
- Results will be read at 12AM SLT on 16 November, and published in this forum soon after
- The Secretary-General Elect takes his seat from the 23rd November 2022 on.
We remind that only CSDF members can declare as candidates and/or vote in this election.
We also strongly encourage all CSDF members to vote!
A note here: this timetable still requires that the contest board system is tested.
