At long last, a "new" densification house in Neufreistadt

Post by Sudane Erato »

I've been mightily distracted with other obligations, but at long last there is a "new" house in the long-running densification process for Neufreistadt. Check out 1645 Sudanestrasse before it gets sold!

Yes... I know I like old ruinous places... this house is perhaps a somewhat decayed townhouse that may have been glorious a century ago. And it was in the old family for centuries, as the townhouse itself is an expansion of a much older tower house that still exists on the back. The current kitchen and master bathroom are in that old tower section (with a special Service Entrance for the delivery people), but to gain access to the old tower itself, you need to use the secret door in the attic. Touch the bookshelves... you'll find it eventually!

My next project (I have a couple of other things first) will be replacing Pip's old house.

Sudane........................

Oops, I bought it before seeing this! I was wandering around and saw the "available" sign, and had a peek inside... and couldn't resist that secret door I found!

Anyway, yes, come on in and have a look around, but ignore the random items here and there. :P

Sudane, you did such an amazing job creating this house. It's so unique and I love all the little details that make it so interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing future creations!

(I do keep one eye out toward the service entrance tunnel and that secret door in the attic, though, because I keep expecting one of Lilith's zombies or skeletons to pop out!)

You will have to anchor them, because I think I only have 2 LI left... and that is AFTER buying a prim parcel!

If it's not anchored yet that must be an oversight, as all of these 'densification' buildings are meant to be anchored.

The building IS anchored. I meant Lilith would need to anchor her spooky things, because I've used up almost all the LI on decorating!
