Notes from an informal meeting of the Representative Assembly

The Representative Assembly was not quorate, so the meeting was tabled.
An informal discussion took place, and Kyoko Barzane gave an update to the VWEC Eduverse project:
The VWEC Eduverse Welcome Island will have a soft opening very soon, details to be announced.
Thanks to Tor and Sudane, the VWEC Eduverse Move Request Form has been submitted for CDS. This document solely "get us in the queue".
A work-in-progress VWEC Eduverse FAQ has been produced.
Madori Linden will be coming to answer CDS citizens' questions at 9:00 am on April 9, 2022. Tor has suggested the Amphitheatre as the venue. Madori will work in voice, with Wordsmith summarizing in chat, and Kyoko acting as moderator, hopefully. The format will be submitted questions from the citizens, with some room for follow-up questions submitted through the moderator.
To gather those questions, Kyoko suggests several channels are used to reach the citizenry, including distributing a notecard to all citizens as was discussed at the last RA meeting. Kyoko is happy to coordinate this, and will seek RA approval on the wording before distributing.
