It help with tier payments I asked Rudeen to put out the Casperlet Rental Kiosk in the Rathaus. As some of you remember, before Casper and Hippo, some of us paid tier at the old Rathaus. So in the South Room on the first floor, next to the deeds, we now have a Kiosk where citizens can pay tier on all of their parcels in CDS.
The kiosk provides a method of paying tier on all your CDS properties from one location.
Also you can review how much time is owed on all of your parcels, anywhere on the grid. You can only pay Rudeen on this kiosk, however.
