As written in our law we will use the citizen list created on april 14 for voting qualification.
During the last few weeks we have become a few new citizens and also some have given up their citizenship by abandoning their land or taking refund of their tier.
To qualify to vote you need to own land in your name and have to be current in tier payments to a hippo box in your name.
