Note:
Items 3 & 4, while having no impact on the current election cycle, will be heard because the outcome of the petitions is relevant to the integrity of the process that establishes citizen's voting rights in all elections.
Item 5 is not a hearing to vote on a ban; it is a discussion to identify whether the SC is will conduct such a hearing, and whether the SC is empowered to place such a ban in the event one is held.
