I am posting this revised Citizen List for voting qualification. The last few weeks have seen a number of avatars give up their citizenship by selling or abandoning land, or by taking a refund of their tier; I believe this revised list reflects those changes and shows those citizens who are eligible to vote - they own a parcel of land in their name and are current in tier payments to a hippo box in their name.
Also, and with great sadness, I have removed Molly Medier from the list.
