The SC currently has 3 petitions before it regarding the transfer of the Dougga sim.
The SC will hold an extraordinary meeting on Thurs Oct 9, at 8 AM SLT to deal with these petitions. The SC has voted unanimously to issue a temporary injunction until that time. The EO will be informed of this and requested not to conduct said transfer until the outcomes of the petitions are known.
