[11:33] Delia Lake: there are land animals and plants in what would be habitats similar to the north coast of the iberian penninsula

[11:35] Delia Lake: we decided that we would also want some residence areas, but to put them on the sim ground level would spoil the integrity

[11:37] Delia Lake: so what we have done is build Albaycin Highlands in the sky. not like skyboxes, but like a small village-y/neighborhood setting in landscaped foothills at about 650-700m, terraced

[11:37] Rose Springvale: its really pretty too
[11:37] Moon Adamant: how many parcels'

[11:38] Delia Lake: and the idea is similar to what is done in some of the national parks in the us where land is leased and people can build homes that are consistent with the envionmental concerns of the area
[11:38] Delia Lake: well, 7 or maybe 8

[11:38] Moon Adamant: do you have a covenant?
[11:38] Delia Lake: not yet
[11:38] Rose Springvale: the AA covenant applies
[11:38] Delia Lake: yes. of course
[11:38] Rose Springvale: but we dont' have specifics on the sim for building
[11:38] Rose Springvale: would need to add a paragraph
[11:39] Delia Lake: that's one of the reasons I want you both to see this
[11:39] Moon Adamant: i don't know how is the building on that area
[11:39] Moon Adamant: i need to research
[11:39] Delia Lake: the building on this sim is similar to the farm houses of basque country
[11:39] Moon Adamant: eheheh never been there either lol
[11:40] Moon Adamant: but ok, we can set that as standard
[11:40] Rose Springvale: Moon, let me add something here...
[11:40] Delia Lake: in part at least, with some environmentally responsible upgrades like solar panels on the roofs
[11:40] Delia Lake: and wind power
[11:40] Rose Springvale: Delia is the tenant as far as AA and now CDS is concerned, and has set her own standards there
[11:40] Moon Adamant: ah, ok
[11:41] Delia Lake: so it's a combo of reusing and recycling older buildings so to speak
[11:41] Sudane Erato: in what way would the residences spoil the integrity of the space on the ground... since both areas represent the same natural setting?
[11:41] Moon Adamant: well, that's an interesting idea
[11:42] Delia Lake: the intent is to have people live there who would want to be part of developing models for living comfortably in harmony with the natural environment
[11:42] Moon Adamant: you could have an example house, with green hints
[11:42] Delia Lake: yes moon
[11:42] Delia Lake: but the solar panels aren't on the roof yet

[11:42] Rose Springvale: we have to be careful on the ground too, because it is adjacent to the alhambra sims
[11:43] Rose Springvale: which are 13th centuruy
[11:43] Delia Lake: yes

[11:43] Delia Lake: and the buildings in the sky look like old buildings from the visible sides also
[11:43] Delia Lake: as does my cottage on the ground level

[11:44] Moon Adamant: build northwards of that bay on the south
[11:44] Moon Adamant: so there's a geographical separation
[11:45] Delia Lake: since there don't seem to be other people coming to the guild meeting today, would you like to go on a tour now?
