2. Executive Report
Chancellor Emilia welcomed returning citizen Brooke Brandenburg and noted another new citizen as well. Collection of delinquent tiers is most time consuming and disliked tasks. She also mentioned Delia's idea of using the CDS kirche for memorial services. Lilith requested that the census notice be published as soon as possible as the election cycle for the 33rd term has already begun. Tor commented on how nice AM looks. Lyubov requested information about the state of CDS' finances. Sudane helped with this question saying that we are averaging about 92% of revenues needed to break even. We still have about US$10,000 in reserve.

3. LUC Report
29 March transcript at viewtopic.php?f=67&t=9431
Rosie reported that more terrascaping in AM had been completed by Sudane, primarily to separate parcels that were side by side, and a couple more road signs are up, some more old bridges replaced, and that there are 2 bridge trolls now in AM. The next LUC meeting is Sunday April 12, noon slt.

4. Citizen Concerns
Delia talked about her idea to offer the NFS Kirche to the sl community to gather, grieve, hug, dance, celebrate together given that the world is unable to use solid world spaces for these things. Tor suggested that we do similar to HRH illuminating the tower at Windsor in blue lights to honour medical providers. Everyone liked these ideas and agreed on the need for uniform messaging. Delia agreed to be the coordinator. Tor agreed to submit the Kirche to the SL Destination Guide with this messaging. There were a few more ideas on enhancements for this idea.
