Administrative Business
1.1) Review and approve agenda

1.2) Review and approval of the previous September 1, 2014 meeting minutes

Motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting: Rosie 1st, Tor 2nd. Rosie, Tor, and Cadence in favor and Cleopatra against.

4.1) Consolidation of the new commission
RA approval of the chair of the Conflict of Interest Commission
Discussion begins at 22:21:04.
Motion (22:30:29) to grant the Conflict of Interest Commission more time to select their chair: Cadence 1st, Rosie 2nd, Tor in favor then voting was stopped. Motion dies as discussion continued.

Rosie Gray reported on the Sim Commission. She reported that they had completed a survey and held 3 in world meetings to guage public opinion. See 22:36:05
