I was somewhat surprised at the comments from the Treasurer at the RA meeting on the 1st Sept. Clarification of Sudanes statements for the record.

I therefore had no reason to believe that sending an email with the required information was a problem, because she indicated in the above email that was fine.

I have never complained about formatting nor anything else in regard to payments by Sudane. I can be quite clear on this having reviewed all IMs, notecards and emails. Please note the email above where Sudane specifically states that emails with the 4 items of information are acceptable.
Please note the email chain below (read from bottom up) where Sudane appears to have forgotten her statement from the email of the 10th July and subsequently questions my use of the format and method she had herself suggested.

I don't have anything other than the image file myself. Therefore please use that this time. I will make sure that figures are able to be clipped and pasted in future as that will ease your workload.

Ceasar, I am required by RA action of many years ago to report in detail every non-tier expenditure. Please do not make this more of an agony than needed. If you must resort to placing this info in the forum instead of the shared spreadsheet which I have provided, at least give me a spreadsheet format, or some other format which can be clipped and pasted.Sudane........................................
