Re: CN Covenant

It will work, though there are still some examples of clumsy prose style, like "building styles to resemble traditional southern European styles." Can we fix minor details like that outside the forum -- as architecture shall conform to a traditional southern- European template? Or, does it matter? A...

Re: CN Covenant

Well, Rosie. Sorry I misread your original comment. Yes, ahistorical does work, but since you have to define it for us, perhaps it is too esoteric for the general public. You replied while I was editing my comment, so you might re read what I posted. This is an important point, so I look forward to ...

Re: CN Covenant

It may be a small point, but I am confused as to what including the word, historical, here, would mean to citizens trying to follow this code. If it means that structures have to be ancient Roman, then most of what you see from Via Tita (street lamp, life preserver, kiosk the Little Mermaid .....) w...

Re: CDS Citizenship --- yet again!

Would it be a useful idea (in theory) for partners to buy two contiguous lots (one in each name), using one as a garden with lo-prim landscaping plus an anchor for a main dwelling, leaving all the prims on the second for furnishings? Each plot could list (without deeding) a common group, so all the ...

Re: What is "Commercial" for Zoning Purposes?

So here it is in my-two-cents.... well, three 1. If we could read each others minds or talk with everyone involved, then respect our findings : We wouldn't need laws.* 2. Since that is impossible, whatever statutes we create -- in an attempt to limit bloody noses -- should codify what people want to...

Re: What is "Commercial" for Zoning Purposes?

Cathy's dollar and thirty three cents. I have been most impressed with the CDS's use of the word "plausible." There is something to be said for a SLife which provides the mechanisms for a psychedelic environment, but that is the antithesis of the CDS philosophy. So, I am comfortable in these estates...
